SEPC has formally signed a contract with Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) for the balance-of-plant (BOP) package—including civil and structural works—for the pellet plant at the IISCO Steel Plant in Burnpur, West Bengal. Valued at ₹854.57 crore, the agreement follows the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) received in August 2026 and forms a pivotal component of SAIL-IISCO’s 4.08 million-tonne-per-annum (MTPA) crude steel expansion program.
With this win, SEPC further solidifies its position in the industrial engineering and steel infrastructure sectors. Additionally, the company announced that its consolidated order book has surpassed ₹10,000 crore.
